Zumbach will show solutions for precise measurement and monitoring of dimensions, shape and geometry of tubes, pipes or profiles, hot or cold. With 2 basic technologies (tangential laser scanning & light cut) Zumbach can always offer an optimal solution. Both technologies feature many, interesting news.

Some of the highlights are:

• ODAC^® 550
  Scanner with HLF Technology (High-Accuracy Large Field) (pat.). Offers a 550 mm (21.65 in.) measuring field without a dead zone and highly accurate.
  For tube and pipe up to approx. 500 mm (20 in.). For hot or cold applications.
  
  
• STEELMASTER SMO 550
  Diameter Gauges with new EPM (Enhanced Profile Measurement) software. Multifunctional gauges for programmable static or oscillating measurement over 360° of the tube or pipe periphery, with 2 or 3 laser axes.
  
  
• CSS - Calibrated Single Scan Technology
  This means that now up to 6000 accurate measurements per second are available with multi-axis STEELMASTER gauges.
  As a result, dimensional variations in longitudinal and in radial direction can be captured and analysed much better.
  
  
• PROFILEMASTER^® SPS Systems
  A complete and working system for cold tubes and profiles will be shown. The system is able to measure the complete profile, including key dimensions and shape deviations, like wrong radii, trapezoidal, concave, convex segments etc.
