The feedback from our Customers is fundamental to correct our errors, in order to improve our products and services and to be as close as possible to the real needs of the Customer and the target markets.

The Service is diverse and covers the processing of inquiries, the commissioning, maintenance or repair of units and the supply of replacement parts – no matter where in the world the unit is installed.

The services network has technicians throughout the world. Thanks to own branches in Belgium, Germany, France, Great Britain, Italy, Spain and in Turkey customers are supported in their native languages by a service specialist or directly from the head office in Switzerland. Alongside our own company branches, other agents in other European countries such as Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia and Sweden are trained according and offer a fast replacement part service.

All service managers and engineers receive regular training at our headquarters in Switzerland and are informed of the most current state of the new products and features.

Furthermore Zumbach offers all customers the possibility of sending their own service and maintenance personnel to the headquarters for training.


Expert Zumbach service in Asia

Asia began supporting western OEMs in commissioning their machinery with home-grown high-tech instruments over 20 years ago. The aim, then and now, was to offer support and assistance to Asian customers who wanted to improve their production processes.

Today, Zumbach maintains three branches in Asia with expert engineers and service managers who receive regular training at the parent company in Switzerland. This means that Zumbach employees around the world always receive first-hand information on the latest systems. The Asian teams are very proud of the fact that the majority of their service staff have been working at Zumbach customers’ locations every day for over 10 years.

North America & Latin America

Zumbach Customer Support North America & Latin America

Customer support is an important part of ZUMBACH’s offering. Ever increasing demands on documented quality, product uniformity and material savings are bringing on-line instrumentation, data acquisition and process control systems into the focus of management. Many production lines are equipped with sophisticated solutions from Zumbach and will no longer be operated without these systems . Today, we emphasize customer support in our partnership with our customers.

Our North American Headquarter is located in Mount Kisco New York. From this 16,500 square foot location, we coordinate our Customer Support Teams and operate our call center. Most of our customer support engineers have been with the company for 15 and more years. When not traveling, they support our customers on the phone. Our customer support team has access to our engineering team, located here in Mount Kisco, as well, to answer any questions our customers might have.

In addition to the customer support team, we have an house service team dedicated to servicing of systems that are being sent in for repairs and spare parts customers might order. We pride our selfs in our ability to repair all of our systems in New York, keeping the repair turn around time to a minimum or delivering spare parts right from our ware house.

In addition to Mount Kisco New York location, we have have customer support engineers located in Indianapolis – Indiana, Las Vegas -Nevada and San Luis Potosi – Mexico.
